This app is super easy to navigate. I've seen many stores that really rely on it. To me, it feels quite handy. It takes up hardly any space on my phone and barely lags at all.

7shifts is more than just a tool for scheduling. I’ve seen that using 7shifts really cuts down on the errors tied to labor market planning like this. The effort and time it takes to create a chart is way less compared to when we relied on Excel.

This app has a ton of fantastic features. It keeps managers in touch with all staff members. Gone are the days of paper slips for time-off requests. Everything is now submitted and approved right through the app. Plus, we can easily mark days that we prefer no one to take off. 7Shifts also works seamlessly with our POS, Toast. They keep rolling out new features, which is great!

The one issue I've run into is that, as the account holder, I don’t get my alerts. Everyone else seems to receive them, but I’m left out. It's super fast and the best mix of scheduling and time tracking we've tried. Solid app and a great web version, really nice setup.

This is, without a doubt, the best app for time management I've come across. Being a manager for more than 100 employees, I've managed to clear up the chaos and unexpected issues in scheduling. This tool has everything I require to whip up the weekly roster for DQGE with minimal effort. Staff members share their availability through a mobile app, and 7Shifts automatically fills in the schedule based on my weekly template. I might adjust it a bit here and there, but 7Shifts gets me pretty close to what I need each week.

In the past, I would spend around 3-4 hours weekly crafting the schedule manually. Now, with 7Shifts, it takes me less than ten minutes. Sure, there’s some initial setup to input employee details and create the schedule templates, but it’s a pretty simple process, and the support from 7Shifts is super quick to respond.

It also lets folks request time off and offers shifts for others to pick up. There are plenty of controls for managers to be as tough or chill as they want. Definitely worth a shoutout!

I can't do without this app. I rely on it every day for organizing schedules and tracking my staff's hours. It's super simple to install and operate.
